Kelly Starrett is a coach, physical therapist, author and founder of San Francisco CrossFit who has changed the way people think about human movement and athletic performance. He wrote Becoming a Supple Leopard which quickly became a bestseller, and can be found regularly contributing to his own blog, MobilityWOD.com.
