V. Capaldi is nothing short of a miracle. Her story brings hope where there is despair, joy where there is pain, and future where there is hopelessness. Her life is an example of what can happen when you take full responsibility for the hardships (and blessings) that you’ve been given. It's not magic, or a miracle, really... it's the story of someone who never gave up, was receptive to new concepts and ideas, and willing to be responsible and take action.
She was young when first diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
For years she lived with the disease which was slowly degrading her
quality of life and her ability to take care of herself. She moved
to Venice, CA because of the weather, which offered an improvement
in her quality of life even as her condition worsened. By 2008, she
had no use of her arms or hands.
One day while in physical therapy,
her therapist suggested she go off gluten... tune in for the REST
of the story. Trust me, it's well worth it!
